A lot has changed since I last wrote. I've changed jobs, moved houses and made new friends. One of my new besties is Rockford Orvin. He works at his art studio across the hall from my work. I pretty much boss him around, make him give me treats and insist on doggie massages.

My mom, Rachel Ramsay has started a new art project with Rockford and I'm the focus. It's about time I got some respect. Check it out... www.twoboardsleft.com.

i got tagged by my o.g. (original) mamma , brie... i miss her so here's an update...

3 Random thoughts I’ve had today:
1. I think I can take those two giant rottweilers, mano e mano....they look pretty scared to me.
2. Open the damned car window, it's not that cold outside.
3. I wish I could scratch my way through this window to attack that old man on the jazzy scooter....

3 good things that have happened today:
1. I got to go to the park with Layla
2. I shared a tasty Jimmy Johns turkey sandwich with my friends at the park.
3. I found the perfect place to pee for an entire 60 seconds uninterrupted (that's a friggin long time).

3 bad things that have happened today:
1. When I went to the park I couldn't roam free because some dude with two giant rottweilers lectured Rachel about no leash, blah blah, my dogs are friendly, don't mind that I have a special glove to hold onto their leashes and a can of pepper spray to break up dog fights... blah blah growl, dumb dude...
2. I had to endure a good tail combing because apparently giant dreadlock like tangles in my tail bother Rachel.
3. I wish I was a little bit taller.

3 things I’m going to do today:
1. Force Rachel to play fetch for a minimum of 53 minutes straight.
2. Finally tear the squeeker thingy out of my frog that has been vexing and taunting me for the past month... I will overcome!!!!!
3. Scare one maybe two small children.

i thought that life would be wonderful once we moved racher's office back to the house. now it will be all me 24/7, but racher is starting to drive me crazy.

all i want is to sit in her lap, undisturbed and sleep or snuggle up to her side anytime she gives me the chance. other times i politely present her with a toy so we can have a little fun..she mubbles something about "this deadline or that"....or "go sit on your doggie bed for awhile". i have very important business to conduct and she is hindering that business.

when i don't get my me time, i punish her by laying ontop my red blankey near her computer keyboard, throwing dirty looks. that'll teach racher for not playing with me. the real solution to my frustration may just may be a break. i should spend a couple of hours over at the "boys - buddy and rusty" house and pretend like i want to stay there permanently. so when she comes to pick me up i can act all hurt and pouting that i've been treated this way. then, things will go back to normal... i do have work to do. and i have it pretty damned good.

a battle to be continued.......

i have been vacationing this week in the city of tucson, arizona for the holidays. it's been more than stressful and a whole lot of hard work. tucson is where my arch nemesis, molly lives. she is a very intense boston terrier and i have to be on the lookout always to make sure she doesn't get away with any shenanigans.

molly is what's known as an "aggressive chewer" and if i let my guard down for one millisecond, she'll chew the crap out of all my stuff.

we often battle and i hate to admit that she may be a bit faster and has a kung fu doggie grip. when molly gets something in her grasp there is no way in the flaming fires of hell that i would be able to wrestle it away from her... but i make up for my shortcomings with my trickiness and ability to jump into racher's lap at a moment's notice.

we also play and chase each other. this demon doggie is the only dog around that can tire me out. i'll have to do a lot of resting before i get back to my regular life. i need a vacation from my vacation....

roadtrip

yesterday we drove from utah to tucson, arizona. i had to sit in the back seat most of the time. it took almost eleven hours and it was L....A.....M.....E.

though there were two shining moments to the trip:

1) - my very own piece of mcsausage patty for breakfast.

2) - my window was down as we drove across the hoover dam and i almost made it out to greet some tourists. little do they know I OWN hoover dam. i sure told them.

i have more important things i should be doing...

at times i am extra vigilant about my work... maybe too vigilant...so every so often i get shut into the back room, but that doesn't stop me from seeing everything. so i just stick my face right down next the floor to still check things out.
don't anybody think of doing anything "funny", i can still seeeee you...

we's like peas and carrots...or goldfish.

my bestest friend layla came by grün today. i get so excited when she visits. layla knows how to open drawers and get people to give her treats...we play and she pets me and layla loves to share whatever she finds.

today we shared a jumbo sized box of goldfish. layla insists on getting the goldfish out of the box herself, which is good because it usually ends up... one for her, one for me, one for her... best friends share.

i hate most other kids, but me and layla, we's like peas and carrots......i heart layla.

being the holidays, grün has been much busier than usual.... so many things to check out, all that running to the front door, pacing the floor, making sure people behave themselves ...by early afternoon i was starving. now, i know that there is always some fresh doggie food and water out for me at the shop, but why eat that when i could have some tasty leftovers? so, i sat on my blanky and shot dirty looks at racher, moaning and groaning until brittany showed up with some leftover cafe rio chicken salad.

it was good.

i had just finished my tasty lunch (which consisted of a generous portion o' bacon guacamole cheese burger from the red robin) and was resting before my afternoon patrol around the shop when a couple of customers came in and asked if there was a dog in the store. they had spotted me earlier through the window.

naturally, i had to assess the situation and there she was.... a maltese named inka. i checked her out and decided immediately that i didn't like her one bit. not that she wasn't cute or whatever, but more because ... how dare another doggie that looks similar to me try and invade my territory!!!! so i decided to perform a laser beam lobotomy in order to neutralize the intruder. the blast from my laser beam eyes drove her quickly away from grün. it was like the epic battle between gigan the kaiju and godzilla from the 1972 film godzilla vs. gigan... except this time gigan wins. (see gigan on left)

i intend for the world to share in my most wonderous and fabulous life. things can get tough when you're a small fry but i'm a badass so it.. don't... matter. i go almost everywhere with my caretaker racher and work as a guard dog for grün keeping order. so many exciting things happen to me everyday that it's only fair for me to share this with you. you're welcome.
